I think it should be fitness because I think keeping active keeps your mind of other irrelevant things and you can be stress free. Also, after working out I personally feel much better.
I believe it should be split evenly. It is one thing to exercise but if you are not given the information on how to eat healthy and take care of your body your efforts in exercise will be wasted.
Fitness because most students already have an awareness of health, people just choose not to follow them and i believe that being fit could help rather than learning and not doing anything about that fact.
I believe that wellness class should be based more on fitness because that can teach us how to keep up our health by doing exercises and learning how to keep ourselves healthy.
I think that wellness class should be mostly fitness because I think that people focus more on health at home rather than going to the gym and staying fit. Therefore, doing it in school would be effective.
Fitness, for sure. It helps students in more ways than one, such as staying fit and keeping healthy. Exercising is also a great way to let off stress, and kind of let your body do the thinking instead of your mind unlike your other classes. It gives your mind a break.
For people to be fit AND healthy is not acquired through lapping a tack 3 times a week. For people to be truly healthy they need to have a proper diet and they need to know how things effect their body- there for a health/nutrition class is necessary.
I think that fitness and health class should be 2 different classes because some kids may want to just work out. Other kids may want to learn how to keep there body healthy.
I think it should be more of a health class because for athletes they have practice every day and no one wants to get all sweaty and gross then have to sit in it for the rest of the day.
